DIRECTIONS

Address: 440 Greenfield Road, Montague, MA

From Northampton and points south:

Rte. 91 north to exit 24. Right off the exit onto Rte. 5 & 10 north; right at the lights onto Rte. 116. In Sunderland Center go left at the lights onto Rte. 47, follow about seven miles. Go straight where Rte. 47 bears right. Go through Montague Center, bear left past the village green one quarter mile to small bridge. Sawmill River Arts is on the left.

Scenic alternative: about a mile up Rte. 47 from Sunderland Center go left onto Falls Road. Follow this road (this is a nice biking road), which winds along the Connecticut River and through beautiful farm land, bearing right at the fork and crossing the bridge, to the end (just over 5 miles) and turn right. Sawmill River Arts is on the right.

From Boston and points east:
Rte. 2 west to Rte. 63 south. Go 5 miles (watch for where Rte. 63 turns to the left on the far side of Millers Falls) to Center Street, Montague. Turn right, go past the village green one quarter mile to small bridge. Sawmill River Arts is on the left.

From Amherst:
Rte. 63 north to Montague Center exit (junction with Rte. 47), eight miles. Take a left and go to end of street (200 yards), and take a right. Go through Montague Center, bear left past the village green one quarter mile to small bridge. Sawmill River Arts is on the left.

From Greenfield and points west:
Rte. 2 east to Turners Falls. At the lights by the Turners Falls Bridge (Gas station across on your left) go right, cross bridge, then left at first stoplight (past the Town Offices and Police Station). Go up the hill and take the right fork onto Turners Falls Road. Follow this into Montague about 5 miles. Sawmill River Arts will be on your right.
