


Heather Tauck
Heather Tauck is an artist, woodworker and furniture restorer living in Northampton, MA. Her work reflects a love and appreciation of traditional handmade furniture balanced with a clean, modern and imaginative aesthetic that highlights the elegance of her material, wood.
Heather received her undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College in 2011 with a concentration in Fine Art and Printmaking. Soon after, her curiosity for the building trades and historic restoration led her to The North Bennet Street School, where she completed a degree in the Preservation Carpentry program. Since then, she has worked in furniture conservation, and high-end residential remodeling and millwork. In 2018, Heather moved to Northampton, MA to start a custom furniture, restoration and small wooden-wares business called HT Woodshop. As a one-woman show, she is the sole owner, fabricator, restorer and designer. Heather is also passionate about cooking, self-care, her dog, learning about plants and growing community.
