Membership (currently full)
A full member of the co-op has a permanent rotating display and helps to co-manage operations by serving on committees, staffing at the store and attending monthly meetings. Full members retain 100% of their sales and pay a flat monthly rent.
Wall Artists - The gallery has 8 spaces for artists who display a majority of 2 dimensional works. Each wall artist has a shelf below their wall to display a small selection of other items, such as cards & reproduction prints.
Shelf Artists - The gallery has 5 large shelves for artists who display a majority of 3 dimensional works.
Jewelers - The gallery has space for 2 jewelers displaying in the front room, behind glass cases.
Monthly Requirements:
Three 3-hour shifts staffing
1 membership meeting
Serve on 1 committee
$87 dues

Consignor
We accept a wide selection of quality work from Pioneer Valley artists. A committee of gallery members reviews requests for participation from interested artists and crafts people. The committee determines the acceptance of new work based on space available, display considerations and the quality of the work. Our goal is to have a diverse selection of work, in a variety of media, with a range of price points. There is no deadline to apply, consignors are accepted on a rolling basis.
Standard Consignor - Our standard consignor artists are displayed long term and pay 40% of all sales to the gallery.
Skincare Consignor - We have space for 3 skincare consignors who share a display together and pay a monthly rent of $25, plus pay 20% of all sales to the gallery.
Steps To Become A Consignor:
Fill out an application
If the committee wants to see your work in person, you will receive a call or email to bring samples of your work to the gallery. However, this is not a guarantee that your work will be accepted. The gallery receives numerous requests from excellent artisans, but since space is limited, not everyone can be accepted.
If your work is accepted, the committee will schedule an appointment for you to bring in your work, complete an Inventory Form (downloadable version below) and sign the Consignor Agreement (at the gallery, when you drop off your work).

Other Opportunities
A guest artist is displayed for 2 months. The gallery will process their sales. The artist pays a flat fee or percentage of sales.

Trunk Shows
A trunk show artist is displayed for a single day. The artist is responsible for processing their sales and pays a flat fee or percentage of sales to the gallery.
Seasonal Pop-Ups
Bi-annual single day outdoor event set up under tents in front of the gallery. The artists are responsible for processing their sales and pay a flat fee or percentage of sales to the gallery.
Applications for Guest, Trunk Show and Pop-Up Artists will be available November through January to schedule for the following calendar year.
